Telecommunications and information provision/processing services
Real estate‑secured lending and related intermediation
Investment in specified purpose companies and special purpose companies（as defined in the Rules on Terminology, Formats, and Preparation Methods of Financial Statements, etc.）and real estate investment trusts, and the sale, brokerage, and management of investment interests
Businesses under the Act on Specified Joint Real Estate Ventures
Development and sale of computer software
Operation of fee‑based senior living homes, provision of home care services under the Long‑Term Care Insurance Act, and provision of preventive care services
Sale of food, apparel, cosmetics, daily sundries, household electrical appliances, telecommunications devices, furniture, books, alcoholic beverages, salt, pharmaceuticals, tobacco, revenue stamps, postage stamps, and fuels
Processing and sale of food and beverages
Security services
Power generation using renewable energy and similar, operation and ownership of power generation equipment, and businesses related to the supply and sale of electricity
All businesses incidental or related to the foregoing items

To conduct market trend analysis, customer satisfaction surveys and other research and analysis, product development, and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction related to the businesses in（1）above.

For visits, sending direct mail, solicitations by telephone and email and other means, advertising, and other sales activities（*1）and market trend analysis, etc.（*2）related to the businesses of Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Group companies and the subsidiaries and affiliates listed in Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Corporation’s Annual Securities Report.

*1　“Sales activities” means sales activities such as visits, sending direct mail, solicitations by telephone and email and other means, and advertising; the same applies hereinafter.

*2　“Market trend analysis, etc.” means market trend analysis, customer satisfaction surveys and other research and analysis, product development, and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction; the same applies hereinafter.

To provide information to third parties to the extent necessary to achieve each of the above purposes.

The Company may indicate purposes other than those listed above on an individual basis. In such cases, those purposes, together with the purposes listed above, shall constitute the Company’s purposes of use of personal information.

The Company may jointly use personal information obtained as follows.
